1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AdsHealth platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
2. Service Description
AdsHealth is an AI-powered ad creation platform. Our services include automated text and image generation for ads, integration with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), campaign analytics and management tools. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify AdsHealth of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. AdsHealth will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to: create illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content; violate third-party intellectual property rights; distribute malware or engage in activities that harm the platform; attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization; use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by AI through the AdsHealth platform may be used by you for commercial purposes according to your subscription plan. The AdsHealth platform, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AdsHealth. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some AdsHealth services require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the charge, in accordance with our refund policy. Subscription cancellation does not generate a refund for the current period.
7. Limitation of Liability
AdsHealth is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall AdsHealth be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
